These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tekka, the online card game published by iClasser LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our mobile apps for iOS and Android, website, online multiplayer features, leaderboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age required to consent in your country, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
To access online play, leaderboards, and certain features, you may need to sign in using a third-party account provider such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
We assign you an internal username for gameplay. You may change your username in the game when an available name is offered. You may not impersonate others, use offensive names, or choose names that violate these Terms.
Tekka is a trick-taking card game that supports local play with bots and online play against other players. The Service may include competitive features such as rankings, leaderboards, match history, and statistics similar to competitive game platforms.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes. Tekka is not a gambling product, and the Service does not offer real-money wagering or prizes with monetary value unless we clearly state otherwise in a separate agreement.
When you play online, you interact with other players and our servers. Match results, scores, and ranking data may be recorded and displayed in leaderboards or other in-app competitive features.
You agree to play fairly, follow the rules of the game, and not use cheats, exploits, automation, or third-party tools that give an unfair advantage or disrupt matches for others.

The Service may display advertisements, including ads served by us or by third-party advertising partners. Ads may be based on general or contextual information and, where permitted, on device identifiers or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party advertisers.
The Service relies on and links to third-party products and services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, even when they are integrated into Tekka.

The Service, including the Tekka name, logos, artwork, game design, software, text, and other content, is owned by iClasser LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service or our content without our prior written permission.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that matches will always be available, or that leaderboard data will always be accurate or preserved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICLASSER LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iClasser LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
